What I'm a bit concerned about is that I've left it too late.
The physio who worked with me pre-op in her unsuccessful attempts to teach me Kegels recommended 5mg Cialis on the first day.
Not a word from either urologist about penile rehabilitation.
Obviously it's going to be more effective if started on day one, but starting a year later.... I may have missed out.

It is not late at all ! Even people who were for long time on ADT and had visual changes and shrinking of the "apparatus" or had shortening after surgery regain normal functionality and size using stretching and PT with a pump. If you had any changes you would know by now and since you never mentioned them I am sure all is well 👍. Yes, there is possibility of some atrophy but as with anything it is all individual. The only thing is - ask your surgeon if pump is safe to use with your new incontinence device (I forgot the name of it, I apologize) since maybe you should be extra careful with that.

And you know what, if your surgeon is not very helpful maybe you can try to find specialist for sexual health in your area - why not ? 👍😃 Maybe you just need a stronger medication like Viagra at the time when you wish to have some fun. There are injections also that are available. Don't give up if that is important for you ! 💗
