I have read a little about it and it seems it is using real time imaging to adjust for anatomical changes and compares 5 sessions with 2 sessions. I had a 5 session treatment with real time imaging (the Mridian machine but the Elekta Unity is another machine with that capability). Real time imaging helps the doctor treat what they see, in real time. It also generally allows for less, healthy tissue to be exposed to radiation.
