I only had internal vibrations / tremors for about a week before I started taking gabapentin. It was every night, almost all night, thus, I could not sleep at all. My PCP prescribed. I took gabapentin from Feb 2024 to March/April 2025, then stopped even though I still had vibrations some. They have since gone away, at least 95%. Occasionally I feel them slightly.

@cst Thank you for your reply. It's so good to hear some people are finding some relief from this torture. I've read quite a few people have been prescribed Gabapentin and Naltrexone at the same time, with some success. I'll raise it with my GP for her opinion. Started on Low Dose Naltrexone today. Good luck.
