I think that it takes time to get the right medication and dosage, over time you can feel what works best for you. I’ve had to change medication several times before they got it right, you might have some allergies that are causing more discomfort because you mentioned having an asthma attack when you go outside, perhaps you should mention this to your doctor and prescribe something extra to help you breathe, I hope you feel better soon,
