Hey joe! Thank you so much for your reply. Yeah for a long time I've only been able to sleep on my back because the pain in my legs gets too severe for me to sleep on the side. But now the nerve pain in my back has gotten super bad and laying on it constantly is making it worse. Tempurpedic is definitely very popular with everyone, so I will certainly be trying that soon. I will keep you posted!

You are very welcome Bow. Going into the shoulder replacement rehab, I dreaded having to sleep propped up on my back. Two months later and I love it.

There are pillows designed to keep your cervical spine in proper position, sleeping on your side or back. Hopefully you can find one of those. And even though I like sleeping up on my back propped up, by morning my lower back is pretty stiff.
