One thing I have noticed about my triglycerides over the years is they fluctuate greatly. On statins, off statins.... Big ups and downs. Also, when I first stopped statins, my cholesterol actually went down a bit as well as those. Last blood test, both were high again. I just don't know. I just keep soldering on with exercise and a good diet. Taking some supplements and hoping for the best.
