I have had long Covid symptoms for 2 years. Balance is off, fatigue, muscle aches, brain fog, and phlegm in my throat caused from constant post nasal drip.
Coughing to clear my lungs, and constant clearing of my throat when talking is what persists. I'm using NAC, a supplement and pseudoephedrine twice a day.
I recently went to a pulmonologist, who prescribed Trelegy inhaler once a day. After 14 days, I am clear, no cough, no phlegm. I have another 14 days to use the Trelegy inhaler, and a follow up appointment with breathing analysis next week. I feel better than I have in two years.
Blood work came back, and I am allergic to cats, dogs, dust and mold, none of which I am exposed to presently.
