Thank you all. I had felt alone with this issue. You all are very kind to share your experiences. I also do the rinses and try to keep the area very clean.
Does anyone know of a specialty clinic or hospital that may focus on this issue?

@mlg23 I don't know where you live, but if there is a large teaching hospital in your area you may want to seek help there. Here in Boston we have a dental school as well as some very good teaching hospitals that can take on ONJ cases. Best of luck to you! I hope it clears up.
