@hovismith I started taking turkey tail and lions mane a few months ago and then yesterday read research on a breast cancer site on Facebook that lions mane acts as a phyto-estrogen . If you have a breast cancer that is affected by estrogen's you may want to avoid lions mane. I have ILC so I'm going to have to cut that out but will continue turkey tail. Please do the research on lions mane and breast cancer. I wish I had ♥️ Good luck!
