@uget1shot I do it before bedtime and it helps clear out my sinuses and make breathing easier. My nose tends to get stuffy when I lie down for sleep, and this helps. I hope better breathing means better sleep. And perhaps in a small way it helps me feel better?

@quickstepper thanks for replying. my ENT has recommended a sinus rinse. I'll admit I'm a bit scared to do it. I've read horror stories of people who use regular water and end up with nasty bacterial infections leading in some cases to death. I realize this isn't that, but I have become paranoid with all things health that can conspire to make my body even more miserable lol. I know I should try it.
