I believe I am finally "recovered." No more brain fog, shortness of breath (tho I'm not sure my pO2 will ever be above 92 when sleeping without oxygen or cpap with O2.) But I don't need it during the day anymore. And its a toss up if my blood pressure will ever be normal again so I can get off drugs for hypertension, but with meds, its stable so I call that good enough for now. Basically I have my energy back and can walk without SOB and pulse of 130!

Its hard to tell at some point even if ypu feel better as I think it can take a long time to even start to notice small shifts. I was probably "getting better" long before I noticed I was feeling so much better I could say I don't have it anymore. Time will tell if its gone vs remission. I mean tho my epilepsy is controlled by meds, I still have it.

Maybe we all will always "have it - but in remission? Any other thoughts to contribute?

@bebold Your comments hit home with me. When improvements are so incremental, it is difficult to say when you actually feel better. My situation seems to follow an up-and-down trajectory. I will feel better for hours or days, even, but then slump again. I was definitely doing much better until I took the last booster in Oct 2023. I had mornings when I woke up feeling so energized and eager to get out and own the day. Since my setback, I no longer have those mornings. I hope that they will return.
