There are many threads regarding Osteoporosis and I can’t find the one about REMs scans so I can post my results.
Also vibration plates. I bought one but it moves more sideways tilts rapidly.
I returned it and looking for one specifically used to help build bone density.
I can’t remember the product name. Ideally the vibration should move up and down as if trampolining or jumping. Has anyone gotten improved t-scores and quality scores ?
