@ruth36 there was a suggestion to stop taking Eliquis (!?!!!!)
I just remembered by sister was put on Eliquis recently for Afib. Her cardiologist suggested an implant called Watchman instead of taking blood thinners. You can look it up to see if it fits your situation.

A few months after my heart attack my Cardiologist was telling me that I could have some type of implant. I forgot what it was called, But I told her nothing is being put inside my body. I’m a worry wart and I’m not about to worry that it’s gonna malfunction.
