Hi,
I'm so glad that things are going well for your husband! That's prayers answered! How nice for both of you! Having gone through a similar situation with my husband having lung cancer, I know how good it is when things work out like they should! By the way, with your husband having Pancreatic Cancer, keep in mind if they ever suggest that he get Keytruda infusions a side effect of Keytruda is Pancreatitis. My husband got Pancreatitis from Keytruda infusions and almost died.

Also there is a Help section for Mayo Clinic Connect where you can let them know about your problem with your private messages. Click on the "Mayo Clinic Connect" and it will take you to a main page with different options; one of them being the Help section. I've contacted them before when I had a problem with the website and they were able to fix my problem.

Blessings,
PML

Will, definitely, keep that in mind about that Keytruda for the future but, honey, he hasn't been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis. Hopefully, things won't change with regard to either. They ARE watching him closely for both but I honestly don't think it will come to that. Obviously, we aren't out of the woods yet but both MAYO and the specialist he saw Wednesday don't see a cancer at this point which was GREAT news. Just the fact he's being watched closely now, here at the local level, will be a huge relief, saving us a trip to Rochester for the yearly scans. I'm sorry if I somehow misled anyone. I think all that can be done to prevent any serious pancreatic issue from compromising his health is being done which is so reassuring. His kidney disease, too, is a concern but with his MAYO nephrologist watching that, closely, I think we're in good hands.

I totally treasure your words. I honestly do and will keep them close if/when we get to the point where we may need to consider them.

THANK YOU!!!!
