Will, definitely, keep that in mind about that Keytruda for the future but, honey, he hasn't been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis. Hopefully, things won't change with regard to either. They ARE watching him closely for both but I honestly don't think it will come to that. Obviously, we aren't out of the woods yet but both MAYO and the specialist he saw Wednesday don't see a cancer at this point which was GREAT news. Just the fact he's being watched closely now, here at the local level, will be a huge relief, saving us a trip to Rochester for the yearly scans. I'm sorry if I somehow misled anyone. I think all that can be done to prevent any serious pancreatic issue from compromising his health is being done which is so reassuring. His kidney disease, too, is a concern but with his MAYO nephrologist watching that, closely, I think we're in good hands.
I totally treasure your words. I honestly do and will keep them close if/when we get to the point where we may need to consider them.
