Precancerous polyp then eventually getting cancer

I got my first colonoscopy at 53 thought I would have to get another one for another 10 years but the doctor told me I will see you next year I had 7 polyps one precancerous then went back the following year the found another 6 and had to do another in two weeks dr found some residual from the previous did that and he found another 7 had to go back 6 months for another and found and taken out 3 with all of them were precancerous the doctor said he’ll see me tear I guess really don’t know how to take this

Be happy that your doctor appears to be on top of your issues. The UNKNOWN is the enemy: you can defeat this enemy by staying busy, getting involved with helping others, and always try to smile at strangers. Joseph

@stanberryd251 My father for many years now has has an annual colonoscopy and precancerous polyps removed. It’s part of his normal life 🤷‍♀️
