@aldi Aldi, I have taken Curcumin and Turmeric in the past and didn't think they did much for relieving PN. I think R-ALA ( Alpha lipoic acid) helps a bit. I'm also taking L-citruline/arginine to increase blood flow. That stuff may help a bit. I've tried a lot of things. Magnesium creams on feet several times in 24 hours may also help over time. My next experiment is to put my feet on soft earth for about 15 minutes a few times a week. Dirt is where all the antibodies come from, so it may have something in it for neuropathy. Cut carbs and alcohol. My best!

William, I just tried a cream thats good for people with both back and PN. I have been applying it up to four times a day and it’s made a great difference. It’s applied to a painful spots in the sacro Iliac areas,(not sure of spelling!)
It’s not expensive . It’s called QR or quick relief cream .
I’m also trying to cut carbs and eliminating alcohol. maybe I’ll try my feet in the dirt next. Good luck
