Finding the right dosage of Trimix
Since my RARP was non-nerve sparing, I'm permanently impotent. I've tried everything with no usable results, so now it's Trimix. I started at 0.1 ml with positive effect, but not enough. Today we tried 0.15 ml, and while it worked better, it was still inadequate. Of course I have a lot more titration before I get to 0.5 ml. My question is, what dosage did you find effective and once you found the dosage that worked, did that same dosage work with regularity?
I still have stress incontinence, but a new issue seemed to be that with an erection, I leak some - so I guess a condom is required?
Atleast the needle in the penis is not very painful! The bright side I guess?🤣

The doctor started me out at 30. Went up to 50. Just had it reformulated to decrease the dose make it more effective. I use 35 with the stronger dose. If the erection lasts to long I have plenty of Sudafed and antidotes on hand.
Take care,

been using 25 yrs
I use 3 units of a 100 unit 1 ml syringe. It's not much, but if I go over, I can have an erection for 4 or more hours. Then I have to do leg exercises (lunges, squats, etc.) to move blood to other areas of the body. So don't raise the dose too fast. I have been using for about 8 years at a similar dosage. I tried Bimix to make the dosage less sensitive, but the erections were not as firm. I use a vacuum pump a couple times a week to keep the penis healthy.
I did Kegels off and on for several years after surgery and then after radiation, which helped. I thought I might have to do them for life, but then I stopped six months ago and my incontinence has not gotten any worse. Now its triggered most by being tired, alcohol, too much caffeine and liquids, and most with a combination of these. If I go for a hike, I might wear a lite pad to give me greater security.
Wishing you the very best.
