New to this group and in total panic!

If you have BPH, that means you have an enlarged prostate. That causes a higher PSA. Going on antibiotics can reduce your prostate size and your PSA. It wasn’t very high to start with.

A friend of ours had a huge prostate and a PSA of 50. He had multiple biopsies and they never found anything.

Your situation is not really a reason for concern.

Having ED is very infrequently a sign of prostate cancer. Most people have absolutely no symptoms at all besides maybe a urinary issue, for a small percentage. I hear from people all the time that have found out they have very serious prostate cancer, and had absolutely no symptoms..

As many others have said, too early to freak out.

@jeffmarc FYI. MY friend is on Erleada- cost is 15k/ month. It went to his bones. Plus Trelstar. He’s 77 and lost his gallbladder 4 weeks agony x he s a hurting toad. Had dinner with him and his wife.
