I opted to try the Novavax, older technology rather than the new mRNA booster this time, because my Long Covid fatigue and PEM seemed to worsen some since I tried the mRNA last time. I'm not sure the mRNA was the cause, but I never had a problem with the previous boosters worsening my Long Covid.. I was vaccinated two days ago and so far am doing just fine. Didn't even get a sore arm this time. It's really hard to know what to do, but for me another bout of Covid, like I had last year in May, definitely made my Long Covid fatigue much, much worse. I will everything I can to prevent another case of Covid. However, if the Long Covid gets worse again after this Novavax, I will let you know.

@raspy Thank you for the info. Yes, please, let me know how you do in a week or so with the Novavax. I was considering it, but at least for now, I am reluctant to try any of the boosters. I hope you continue to improve...

@raspy thanks for posting this, it gives me hope. Novavax is the only one I'm willing to try. I had had all the mRNA boosters before LC but won't go that route again. Waiting for the Novavax to come to my area, hopefully this week. 🙏
