Anyone tried the Rejuvacare Neuropathy Machine for Feet??

Posted by domiha @domiha, Sep 26 11:11am

I don't put much stock in things that claim to improve symptoms "overnight." But this is a new one to me. I saw an ad on social media and went to the site. I'd just like to hear from anyone who has actually TRIED this machine. Best wishes! Mike

I have tried two diffrent foot massage type machines. On is a heat massage where your feet fit into a foot stool type device. Youy control pressure, heat and vibration. Second machine was a foot vibrating machine. It felt good but neither did anything for me but I'm pretty far gone. The VA set me up with some devices that go into you shoes and the second part went around my ancles. It was suppose to send a signal to my brain that I was walking. It to didn't work for me. Good luck. I have spent allot of money through the years on natural pills, perscription meds, all types of ointments, savs, socks, shoes, I even tried the CBD type ointments, good luck .

@pua0609 I try to limit meds as much as I can. Planting feet in the soil was a little humor, but may be worth a try. I’m going to the beach in a couple of weeks and will see what sand and salt water will do. Ahhhh…

I wear yoga socks that separate the toes to bed, and sometimes in the house. This has reduced tingling and numbing. The nerves like to spread out.

I, too, have numbness and tingling but not a lot of pain. So I am thankful for that. The numbness has led to problems with balance. I take R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, Benfotiamine, Acetyl L-Carnate and Vitamin B-12. I have tried several different creams..... but they are not a CURE. I have done PT. I have tried dry needling and compression therapy. Those are not a cure (for me). I have some AFOs that I wear in my shoes that DO seem to help to a certain extent with balance. My calves appear to be getting weak. I have been doing squats each day over the summer at the advice of my PT.... and that seems to help a bit. A couple of weeks ago, I lost my balance and took a fall.... on concrete. My right knee and ankle/foot took the worst of the fall. Nothing broken, thankfully, but I am now wearing an ortho BOOT for who knows how long. It does NOT help balance issues. My neuropathy showed up following a lumbar laminectomy (L2 - S1). Before the surgery, I had gotten to where I could hardly walk at all. The morning after, I was able to stand and walk. So I am glad I went through the surgery 3 years ago. But I didn't expect the neuropathy.... which is diagnosed as idiopathic. As I said in my original post, I don't put much stock in devices that offer quick solutions..... but I just wanted to know if ANYONE had actually TRIED the Rejuvenance Device. So far, I've not had a response from anyone who has. I'm 74 years old.... and this getting old is not for sissies, for sure. But what can we do but live with... and do the best we can. I use a cane to walk and I'm still able to drive at this point. For now, the BOOT is controlling everything.... and I'm not very mobile. But this will get better. I take Eliquis (blood thinner) for AFib..... so I canNOT take ANY NSAIDS.... All I can take for pain is Tylenol.... and I may as well take sugar pills for the good that does. I also take Flecainide for heart rythym issues, so that also rules out things like Tramadol. Most pain issues come from arthritis..... but nothing to do for that.
My best wishes to all..... Mike

@domiha well I think you’re doing great for 74. I just turned 56 and similar places. I had an L5-S1 fusion in 1996 and had it ever since then and it seems it gets worse as I age. At the point of barely walking now, so if you find a cure make sure to notify me as well, please! 🙏
Also had c5/c6 fusions and doc said last month need another L-5 fusion but we aren’t going to due to age/ recovery etc and I agree 100 but it would be nice to be able to walk as long as I can.

I am thinking of doing a stimulator which should help but right now it’s almost wheelchair bound.

I looked at this and just threw my hands up there is no way and especially after they say “sell out too quickly” but we lowered the price for you! Then I know it’s a scam. But if you see the real deal please post about it everywhere, because I know you are like me looking for an answer and doing anything you can to get it ! Many blessings and good luck on your “our” search, if I find it you will know about it ! Hahah All the best, Stephen

@domiha — sounds pretty much like my situation. I had a 2-level cervical fusion at C6 and C7 in 2012. I went in with neck pain; I woke up from anesthesia with both hands hurting, loss of bladder control, and parasthesia on my left side from my armpit to my toes. The parasthesia remains - I can't feel water temperature on my left side, I have neuropathy in both feet (L>R) , my balance is off, and I walk with a cane. I'm also on eliquis and gabapentin. Sometimes the neuropathy can be excruciating. I've tried various creams, but found that Voltaren and surprisingly, Blue Emu work the best.
I too am very interested in knowing if anyone has actually tried one of these massage devices. I've been reading about them, and the FootRenew on FB appears to be a total money grabbing scam.
Thanks for posting. It's comforting to know that there are others in my boat. BTW, I'm also 74 and I still drive.

@shoshanaf — I looked into it extensively. There are a LOT of negative reviews about poor customer service, multiple ads to try and sell you other things, double billing, charging a $20 "restocking fee" if you try to cancel an order 10 min after placing it and your card has already been charged. Essentially, a money grabbing scam.

I recently, last month purchased two of the devices they claim will eliminate my severe neurophysiology. Believe me. I have tried everything else including a spinal cord stimulator inserted into my back. Trust me these devices from rejuacare do not help. On top of that, if you buy them you will get a surprised bill the following month for what they call is a membership. I just got off the phone with someone I barely understood to try to get the charge removed. I did homework before purchasing but I guess am pretty naive.

@toeclip Did the spinal cord stimulator help your neuropathy at all?? Sorry for the trouble you had with Rejuvacare. There is no "cure." But my pain doc keeps urging me to try the spinal cord stimulator. Best regards.. Mike

@toeclip first, regarding the “surprise” charge call or go online with your bank and dispute the charge. Your bank will take over from there.

Of course, you were grasping at something to relieve your PN pain. We all wish there was a cure, but there isn’t

I’ve had Polyneuropathy for about 10 years and can understand your pain.

Blessings
