I have very low T (20s) as well but my DR does not recommend supplementing it. Then again I have had PC for over 12 years and it is setting in my spine , ribs, pelvic bones, pelvic walls, lymph nodes, and around my iliac arteries, (the ones leading to my legs). Yes loads of fatigue, weakness, and aches. I had Lupron, eligard, orgovix, and now back to eligard. The side effects were identical for all of them. I stay away from Firmagon!

The standard treatment for somebody that has so many metastasis is chemotherapy or Pluvicto.

Why has your doctor not done what is considered the standard for treating you? Triplet therapy is what is called for.

Do you have medical issues that prevent you from doing either of those treatments?
