Lower back pain in combo with hip issues

It may be good to get bilateral hip/pelvis MRI to see if you have any soft tissue injury or inflammation. I have spine issues that have caused bilateral gluteal tendinopathy and hamstring tears due to weakness/lack of control of hip and leg movements.

@dlydailyhope I have an L4/5 degeneration with bone spur that needs a spinal fusion . For last four years I was told my terrible nerve pain was SI joint ligament laxity . I have now developed gluteal trochanter and hip pain . Do you think this is related to the spine problem as I am very confused .
