I have very low T (20s) as well but my DR does not recommend supplementing it. Then again I have had PC for over 12 years and it is setting in my spine , ribs, pelvic bones, pelvic walls, lymph nodes, and around my iliac arteries, (the ones leading to my legs). Yes loads of fatigue, weakness, and aches. I had Lupron, eligard, orgovix, and now back to eligard. The side effects were identical for all of them. I stay away from Firmagon!

Some people do not have their testosterone come back after being on Lupron or many other ADT drugs. I’ve heard it many times. If the cancer case is not too serious then getting testosterone injections can solve the problem. If the Gleason score is too high, then the PSA could start rising quickly.
Was in a meeting today where somebody was talking about this problem. He has started taking testosterone to get it back. He actually had his PSA start rising, so his doctor is putting him on both Lupron and testosterone, A strange combination.
