In my search for cause of my trygeminal neuralgia I learned that alcohol reduces absorbtion of B12 thru intestine. B12 makes blood cells AND MYELIN. Myelin is a fat that costs out nerves. When it has been lost, nerves are being touch or rubbed by adjacent tissue like muscle. I suspect u have and still drink alcohol. My Dr has written in my file just last week NON DRINKER. So try taking B12 supplement. Worked for me an 83 yr old.

@jamessaxo Thanks! I so appreciate your supportive commentary! I have been taking B-12 Vitamin supplements now, for a few weeks, and I do believe it helps, in regards to a lessening of peripheral neuropathy symptoms! Thanks again!
