There is what seems to me to be endless information on the web. Some with a medical base, much with only hope.
Have had a variety of symptoms since Jan. 2021.
I've gone thru low dose naltrexone, 3 stellate ganglion blocks and 6 months of nicotine patches. I don't think any of these were much help.
Quiet, low stress lifestyle, simple routine diet, meditation and most days 12 hours resting or sleeping have me mostly functional.
Had to start a blood pressure (BP) med (now down to 25 mg Losarten daily).
Also started Duloxitine (Cymbalta) 20mg 2x daily).
BP is stable now and I think the Duloxitine helps.
Still waiting and hoping..

@froggiiii It is a journey in the dark to a large extent: trying this and that to see if anything helps. And if something does help, it is often difficult to tell what it is, as we typically are trying many things at the same time and cannot differentiate. I do agree with your "Quiet, low stress lifestyle, simple routine diet, meditation and most days 12 hours resting or sleeping..." Can't go wrong with that! Take care and keep looking up.
