@ladyluck236, I hope you've seen the helpful replies to your questions from members like @ankona and others. Size does not determine grade. Size refers to the dimension of the tumor, whereas grade refers to tumor's agressiveness (in terms of liklihood to grow slow or more quickly).
Have you learned what grade your meningioma is? Will you require treatment? How are you doing?
