@randersonccc Might want to watch your liver enzymes taking daily Tylenol. Not really a good idea. And if you don't have enough glutathione in your system to break it down, you could wind up with a damaged liver.

Glutathione is a supplement but how much is recommended to take? I’ll check my last liver enzymes to see if normal. Thx let me know if you have a brand or amount you think would be helpful. Thx.
