Have you had small fiber neuropathy biopsy diagnosis or EMG/nerve conduction study of large fibers by a neurologist? What were you officially diagnosed with?
Have you ever had a MRI of your cervical and lumbar spine?

@dlydailyhope I had x-rays of cervical and lumbar spine. I was diagnosed with radiculopathy and neuropathy. Two different doctors, 2 different diagnoses.
