@suetex Yes they have some very good exercises to help balance. Go to your local hospital they often run programs for the public (hopefully they do the USA) @wenner

@wenner Thank you for the suggestion. This Saturday I am going to my first Myofasia Release (The John Barns method) I am going to give that a go.
