This post is 2 years old now but I’m wondering how you’ve been since posting? I have the EXACT same problems. It started with cramping and muscle spasms in my calves and now my hands/feet/calves/and mouth/lips are numb, pins and needles. I feel like they are “weak” but maybe because they are just painful. I was thinking neuropathy since EMG was mostly normal. Any tips or advice I can pass on to my neuro?

Any update on this? After steroids (pills and shot) for poison ivy, I ended up in the ER for cramping/muscle spasms in my calves (ER doctors thought I was crazy). That was August 2025. March 2026 my antibiotic for my rosacea changed. I took it for a week. My hands/fingers and face/mouth have been numb and tingling for a month now. I thought it was carpal tunnel - but the lips tingling doesn't fit. I've been to chiropractor. He is sending me to an internist for blood work.
