@stevebritt006 I’d have to want to. My libido is seriously diminished. On the extremely rare occasions that I try to initiate sex with my wife, she is a great partner but I haven’t been able to climax, so not nearly so much fun.

@stevebritt006 -- I am taking 5mg tadalafil daily. Initially I was told by my doctor to take 20mg tadalafil on the days I wanted to have sex. It worked, but not as good as I hoped. So my doctor told me to continue the daily 5mg tadalafil and take 100mg sildenafil an hour before (on an empty stomach) when trying to have sex. I seem to be one of the small percentage of guys that the sildenafil seems to work more effectively for me. So that's what I'm doing. At this point I'm 15+ months after NS RARP and I'm back to pre-surgery capability. But that's a recent development. Early on I also included a vacuum device and masturbation as part of penal rehab, but I believe the sensation was impaired by the trauma to the nerves from the surgery. At this point I consider myself recovered and I no longer practice those techniques since I don't need any more penile rehab. I do continue to use the daily 5mg tadalafil and on demand 100mg sildenafil. Rather, at age 72, I need to save all my energy for trying to satisfy my wife's sexual appetite (lucky me). Best wishes.
