So scared: Just found 5cm tumor in rectosigmoid colon: Tips?

Just saw this let me know how it went . Mine was not just precancerous adenoma I ended up taken foot of. Colon out and they tested and took out nodes also. How are you today ? How was scan feel free to reach out again . I had not been in this for a while look forward to chatting .

@phylicaf22 The CT scan went well and found no evidence of spread and they couldn’t even see the mass on the CT. So that’s good. My doctor called today and asked me to come in this afternoon with my husband to hear results of everything. I’m worried that because she asked me to bring my husband that it’s cancer. But maybe not. He was there when she gave the results after the colonoscopy so maybe she just wants him to hear everything. She did say I would need surgery to remove it regardless so perhaps she wants him to hear that info as well.
