The message you posted sounds like you are talking to somebody specifically, but you have put a new message on the forum and not referred to anybody that you might be responding to.

After having radiation, the rules doctors go by is unless your PSA rises two points over the low it is reached. They don’t do anything.. In your case, that would be a PSA of 2.2, and you’re a long way from that. Sounds like you’re doing great.

Years After radiation people do have problems with erections, it is pretty common, Trimix is one of the solutions. Have you tried different amounts of Trimix to see if maybe less or more would allow you to still reach orgasm. It’s also Possible the problem is due to one of the ingredients in trimix not working right for you. You can try using Bimix With only two of the three ingredients to see if maybe that could make a difference. Ask your doctor about this.
