Hi @suefish may I suggest different avenue and dont recall if already suggested🙃. Most healthcare systems have patient advocates thru social worker etc. Contact with them explaining your extraordinary situation of specialized care needed and if that not productive can ask for a grievance to escalate with all your info already in the system🤞.
