Is your sister's net a nigh grade? The reason I ask is because etopside and cisplatin is what is known as a platinum chemo which is used on more aggressive cancers and typically doesn't work on lower grade, slow growing tumors such as the majority of nets.
Fortunately, there are many other options out there including PRRT, everolimus, sutent, Cabometyx plus liver directed therapies such as embolozstions, ablation and the rece tky approved histotripsy. Is your sister seeing a NET specialist?
