@rl1 can the admin for this page share the answer to this. My husbands vascular specialist / surgeon referred us to a vascular surgeon who was recognized as the best in NC. He just left for new orleans 🥺so we are starting over with the next best in our state ( with concerns). Most of these surgeons are part of vascular surgeon groups which is how they learn about those who are performing special procedures. It does matter to them. Our insurance so far would not allow for out of network. So no out of state.
