If you need surgery that is called "a revision". revisions are more complex and difficult. Not all surgeons do them and of those who do, not all are great at it.
If your surgeon won't see you, you don't need a second opinion. You need a second surgeon. Whether your problems are because your surgeon screwed up or because you just happened to have feces happen which does occur, your surgeon should be wanting to work with you, not reject you.
My surgeon, for example, does about 20% of his work as revisions. You need a revision surgeon who has done many successful revisions. Of course, a good surgeon considers surgery the last resort.
