hjhd, it's time for a second opinion. There are several ways a surgery can cause patellar tracking syndrome. Whatever it is you need to know and have it treated. Your surgeon may be avoiding you because they recognize an error in surgical technique. Then again, things can go wrong even with perfect surgical technique.

@gently thank you for the reply. I am trying to get a diagnosis period. I have contacted a surgeon out of state and am wondering how this would be diagnosed and treated or corrected. I suspect surgery. Thank you again.
