I am literally in the same position you are in. Between four back surgeries and 2 foot surgeries. No one can explain why I have peripheral neuropathy. I do know that lipoic acid is one of those things that they say really helps neuropathy. I also know that they say you should load up on your B vitamins. The only other thing I can suggest is exercise as much as we don’t feel like it when we’re in pain or not feeling well. Exercise is so important. I literally have to force myself to do 30 minutes of cardio every other day. I hope this helps. I know what you’re going through. I wish you the best.

@cmedina1
I have to say it’s so funny Because I literally do the same thing you were doing. I exercise for cardio due to a heart attack a year ago every other day, trying to eat right keep up on my vitamin B’s . I try to eat right and cook most meals. I am taking a superfood from dr. Schulze’s which covers all my b’s and helps with fatigue, I wish I could offer more but that’s all I have at the moment. Have an awesome day or night depending on your situation.

@cmedina1 HI like you I at 89 have Neuroparthy in the feet and hands. I found on the feet walking bare foot on a Hard wood floor helps and vicks vapor rub on the feet and ankles works good. As for the swelliing in the legs and ankle It is I have found is by sitting. I started walk and working working around my yard and now feel great. Exercise is the best cure for many things. I use raw apple cider vinegar,But if you ues blood thiner's talk to your Doctor first as it Apple Cider Vinigar is also a Bolld thiner that we have used to desolve a blood clot behind the eye the Doctors couldn't operate on and it worked. in six months. Now for the swelling action I like walking no swelling legs.
