Yes my whole body even my lips. Started with numbness in the tip of my toes and then the tip of my fingers then all of my skin on my legs and arms feel weird and if I tap my lips tingle up my forehead my doctor said it’s not a side effect from Mounjaro , but I’m starting to wonder I’ve been on it for a year now and my feet are almost totally numb and so are my hands and I feel weak in my arms and legs. I’m about ready to just quit it but I take it for my diabetes. Which I was also just diagnosed with last year my sugars have never been crazy high to damage my nerves. It’s really weird. Nobody listens to me The neurologist looked at me like I was crazy when I said my lips were numb.

Welcome @jldanenhower, Sorry to hear your doctors don't seem to be listening to you. I'm not sure about a neuropathy connection with Mounjaro but there definitely is a connection between diabetes and neuropathy. I did a search of Connect using "diabetic neuropathy what helps" and thought you might find it helpful to scan through the different discussions and comments from other members - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/discussions/
