@szubj002 You asked about foot cramps. I have peripheral neuropathy and no pain but had foot cramps. I "cured" them by putting a large stuffed animal under the covers to take the weight of the blankets off. Worked right away.

@szubj002 I have leg and foot cramps which make exercises like yoga very difficult. I am about to try yoga again and will let you know. My leg cramps at night are definitely better.
