Oh I wish I had a simple fix to tell you, @ctjoe7. Exercise, resistance training and good diet will go a long way in making the time as short as possible.
I am learning just how much our entire body is connected, how one thing affects another. If it is possible you have other things going on it will help to address those symptoms. My cardiologist would say you should feel significantly better a month after discontinuing or it’s not the statin causing the problem.
Have any of your symptoms improved? Have you talked a doctor about your headaches, GERD and muscle aches?

I just can't tolerate any of them, even low dose 3 times a week. Too many negative side effects even though cholesterol went down. I then did one injection of Repatha and had a horrible allergic reaction, so I am now trying just supplements of beta sistosterol and citrus begamont - time will tell. I did COQ10 with statins but it didn't help. Some of us are simply statin intolerant.
