I just started Tai Chi classes which is helpful for balance and building core strength which helps the wobbles.
I don’t want to fall. I’m 73.

@5148branelly that is great to hear! I have wanted to do that since my 30’s but something always seemed to prevent it. But I just learned that the Senior Center in my county has classes! My balance has improved with 2 months of physical therapy targeting lower body strength and balance .. and I am signing up! !
