@sueinmn I take it the pulmonary office, your provider, hands you the Aerobika when you go in after they filed the insurance claim???
I am going to see if it will work for me with my 'provider'.

@blm1007blm1007 The claim gets filed after the visit. I get a bill for the co-pay later. I looked - last time it was $16, or 20% of the $80 price.
