Hi @oly78. I dont recall reading your prior posts so hope this new suggestion to you. My daughter had me at her house and I ate freely. Later that night and next day terrible itching certain areas, thick white mucous, new or increased pain and pressure, and stomach issues. Before covid literally ate anything like jalapeños when pregnant. With keeping diary of food and body symptoms, verified now highly reactive to cumulative histamine in any food or drink
that antihistamines did not prevent🙃 Learning and modifying anything to lessen severity of reactions and symptoms was quite a journey so suggest starting with a trained nutritionist for this thru post covid clinic. Hope this may give any relief and quickest healing journey 🌈
@oly78 I am currently taking radiation for dysplasia on the larnx. After 4yrs of similar testing with severe mucus and hoarseness no diagnosis was made until the the hoarseness go worse went to another ENT and here I am. I feel anger that for 4 yrs no dr thought of my throat. I have 11 more treatments, I can' not eat solids, and no voice and pain is burning. I hope you find what is causing your symptoms. I have lost faith in the medical field but still believe is a complication from the covid shot. Good luck Danny I will keep you in my prayers.
What helps: 1) Lose weight. 2) Stop smoking. 3) Stop drinking alcohol, even if only an occasional drinker. 4) Exercise. 5) Don't eat a lot all at once. 6) Get enough sleep. 7) Take vitamin C caps 3x/ day. 8) Take vitamins. 9) See a nutritionist. 10) Use an anti-histamine when you can't stand another minute of it. 11) I'm convinced nasal sprays can sometimes make things worse since if you let the squeeze bottle go while it inside your nostril, it draws in the bacteria from your nasal passages from the release of the squeeze. My doctor thought that might be true, and had never thought about it. If I ever need to use one, I will swab with alcohol the tip, let it dry, then spray, but NOT release the squeeze until it is out of my nostril and AWAY from me by some distance.
