I have been on prednisone for 31/2 years, tapering is not working for me. Am on 20 mg daily and am decreasing by 1/2 mg every week or two.has anyone had a similarbexperience? Is there a support group for me.? Have diabetes, hypoglycemia and adrenal insufficiency as a result of long term prednisone use. They go away when I get below 10 mg a day. Have gotten down as low as 7 mg a day but when I get Covid or cdiff again, I have tongonupntob20 mg prednisone and it takes a year to get back down
My tobt mg. Mayo says there is nothing that they can do for me . Hoping someone out there can relate to my situationand offer advice Deradvise from their own experience with prednisone
Thank you!80
