Hello @pipo and welcome to Connect. I'm glad that you found this forum. NETs are a rare disorder, and there is much to be learned from the experiences of others.
I can understand what you mean when you say you are nervous about dynamic observation only at this point. Most NETs patients benefit from having at least one consultation with a NET specialist. This might be a good time for you to seek a second opinion. Mayo Clinic has NET specialists at all of its locations.
