@zelda7
After taking it for nearly 9 months I switched to AlgaeCal brand then had a Dexa scan in June. My numbers were worse! I complained to AlgaeCal as they mention a 7% density increase but apparently that only applied to their bone building supplement package.
Algaecal Plus along with Strontium Boost.
I’m waiting until after my next Dexa scan before I begin taking them as I was out of the 30 day money back guarantee after start of their product.
I’m going for a REMs ultrasound scan on October 6th to evaluate my Bone Quality.

Meri, are you able to share your deda scores and the REMS when you have it. And let us know how you are and how you will proceed. Good luck

@meri8181 I have had experience with algaecal Plus for over 10 years and strontium for a short time. It did not do enough for me to just rely on that. I unfortunately had to go to the medicines I might have lots of problems depending upon which one we're talking about. But the algaecal plus I've continued with just because it's a way I can get calcium that doesn't bother me. So many of the other calciums just bother me plus it's good with other vitamins like the k and the D that I find it beneficial.
