Thanks for the feedback. Concerning taking a regular dose of Advil, you might want to research or discuss with your doctor. I've heard that long-term use could cause other problems, like organ damage. Advil is also what I used only occasionally for pain. I don't like taking medication, so I push my limits most of the time.
Also, I'm wondering about planting the feet in soil.

@pua0609 I try to limit meds as much as I can. Planting feet in the soil was a little humor, but may be worth a try. I’m going to the beach in a couple of weeks and will see what sand and salt water will do. Ahhhh…
