@srussell I took Anastrozole for 3 mths and stopped because of so much joint pain : knees, wrists , ankles and fingers. I decided quality of life was more important and that I went the extra mile with chemo and radiation after lumpectomy in 2022 for Stage 1/grade 2 BC. My oncologist highly recommended chemo because of an Oncotype score of 43.

@dld2022 Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It really helps me to hear from others and their decisions. I'm Stage 2/grade 3, so it's a more aggressive type, but I did mastectomy, chemo and radiation to give myself the best chances. Taking DIM for now after way too many side effects with AIs and meeting with Naturopathic doctor who specializes in integrative oncology.
Doing my best AND praying for guidance!
